Juliet is a qualified yoga teacher working in her local community of Greenwich. Trained in Hatha style yoga, her classes are suitable for anyone of any age and ability, but are particularly good for those who are starting out on their yoga journey; a focus on the practice of yoga, the Asanas (postures) and some preparations for Pranayama.

No yoga, no peace.

Know yoga,

know peace.

- Kaivalyadham

Juliet is currently running 4 classes per week, whilst also providing private classes and workshops to clients in their own home.

Juliet qualified in November 2018 after training at the respected Kaivalyadhama Institute in Lonavla, India. Since January 2019, she has been teaching yoga in the UK.

Juliet holds a certificate for having completed 200 hours of teacher training from her ashram. She has a real passion for teaching yoga, and an honest desire to serve her community. Find her in local schools, gyms, at home, and preferably outside in the summer!

“Yoga has a complete message for humanity. It has a message for the human body. It has a message for the human mind and it has also a message for their human soul. Will intelligent and capable youth come forth to carry this message to every individual, not only in India but also in every other part of the world?”

- the late Swami Kuvalyananda
