Since 2018, Juliet has been teaching yoga, with a focus on all round wellness and health. Recently qualified in reflexology and accredited with the Association of Reflexologists, Juliet now offers a comprehensive wellness journey.

Reflexology
Reflexology treatments have been shown to really make a positive difference with those suffering from anxiety, insomnia, low energy, fertility issues, menopause and many more. Body circulation can be greatly improved , and toxins that have built up can be flushed out of the body by drinking plenty of water after treatments.

Juliet is a qualified yoga teacher working in her local community of Greenwich. Trained in Hatha style yoga, her classes are suitable for anyone of any age and ability, but are particularly good for those who are starting out on their yoga journey; a focus on the practice of yoga, the Asanas (postures) and some preparations for Pranayama.

Reflexology courses start from £30 and yoga sessions at £10.

Other projects
Juliet has a diverse background, from design to secondary school teaching. She maintains an interest in both, and teaches art classes to children. She also continues her own artistic practice under Now Then Productions.
